This site introduces the family tree of the Assis Brasil Family. All changes, inclusions and exclusions made after January, 1999, are listed on the page named ATUALIZA, eliminating the necessity of read all the genealogy lists for find a change made after your last visit.

The page GENEALOGY talks about the basic documents that oriented the construction of the genealogy and the criterion of its organization. Introduces PERO LUIS DE SOUSA DO BRASIL, our older ancestor, the first one that used BRASIL as surname at the middle of the last millenium, and FRANCISCO DE ASSIS BRASIL, the Original Patronymic Mark. His son, JOAQUIM FRANCISCO DE ASSIS BRASIL, our most illustrious ancestor, has his resumed biography and the list of his literary compositions presented in this site.
